Mahasiswa yang dapat tinggal di asrama adalah : mahasiswa baru (tahun I) dengan mengajukan permohonan pada aplikasi asrama. Untuk menjadi penghuni asrama, seorang mahasiswa harus mengajukan permohonan di aplikasi asrama dengan melampirkan :
1) Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran
2) Surat Persetujuan Orang Tua
3) Fotokopi kartu keluarga yang telah dilegalisir.
4) Pas foto ukuran 4 x 3.
5) Membuat pernyataan bersedia mematuhi semua peraturan dan tata tertib asrama yang diketahui oleh orang tua mahasiswa (template terlampir).
6) Diwajibkan mengikuti upacara dan kegiatan lainya yang dilaksanakan UNP.
